Kimmie Phan Stattman is a sound artist and acousmatic composer who works extensively with the sounds of food.
She has attended the Summer Institute for Contemporary Performance Practice in Boston, Massachusetts in 2017, as well as highSCORE Festival in Pavia, Italy in 2016 and California Summer Music in Sonoma, California in 2014.
Phan Stattman received the Presidential Distinction Award to attend New England Conservatory under John Mallia, where she earned her Bachelor of Music in Composition in 2019.
